Coming from an academic background, she wanted to apply right efforts in developing the skills of individuals in a practical context. Pioneer offered an opportunity to develop projects that bridge the gap between industries to academia in various engineering fields. As it matched, Anu leads the company's competency development team, whose main work is to successfully establish and run industry linked programs to create the Work Ready Force. AcCEPT is such a project through which Pioneer runs M.Tech and PG Diploma programs making students Industry Ready. Anu have a bachelor's degree in Electronics engineering and she is a rank holder in her Master of Engineering in Mechatronics.

Starting her career as a HR executive, Swapna climbed up the ladder to be a HR Manager within a short span of time. In Pioneer, she is leading the HR and Talent Acquisition Team to implement plans optimizing the company's efforts while expanding its acquisition channels, service records and clients. She also support services to our key clients, somewhat of a "hybrid" in that she work on both HR activities services and finance. Swapna received Master in Business Administration from Osmania University and now resides in Bangalore.

Veeravalli MK Prasad, an Ex-PSU employee, who took the courage to come out from the comfort zone and created his own venture by starting Pioneer Design. Before that, he worked and actively involved in several IT/ERP/CAD/CAM/CAE projects in India & abroad. Within a short span of establishment he has grown Pioneer Design into a team that covers everything from business strategy and client services to design platform and competency development. In addition to his main responsibilities in running the company and setting overall product strategy, he remains actively involved in the engineering services, design, and product teams within the organization. Prasad holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical engineering.

She has more than 25 years of experience within the technology and services sector into Finance & Administration. She is working with Pioneer for more than 6 years now.

Hemanth is heading the Education partnership program and licencing of software with Dassault systemes France. He came from a background of aircraft maintenance, aerospace and automotive design and then shifted to business development area. In this role, he derives new and sustainable business solutions, develops strategic relations, and ensures the continued partnership with Dassault and he have extensive knowledge regarding Dassualt products. He also oversees the Dassualt certifications and marketing done by company. Hemanth holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from UHI University, United Kingdom.

Being into core mechanical background, Chaitali started her career into business development, a department in industry which is well versed for a combination of Technical understanding along with Management Skills. In Pioneer Design Chaitali takes care for business development for engineering services with direct Interaction with prospective customers for engineering services business for domestic as well as international market, mapping the industry ready engineers as per the client requirement. With the business development tactics she has established a good business relation with almost all tier -1's and OEM of Automotive market. Revenue and cash flow management for the engineering services team along with business analysis. Business planning, forecasting, negotiation of costings is as well taken care by her. She holds a Diploma and Bachelor's degree into Mechanical stream, pursuing MBA in International Business development.
