The most effective path to acquire these skills is through industry immersion.

 This philosophy underpins our Industry-Linked Skill M.Tech (Design & Manufacturing) program with a specialization in Automotive Design, offered by Pioneer Design. In this program, students not only learn but also become Industry Ready during their first year of academics at the University Campus. Subsequently, during their second year, they gain on-site experience working with the foremost Automotive Design Companies.

FOCUS ON YOUR PASSIONS

The course structure comprises 5 theory papers and 2 Industry Labs in the first and second semesters. Additionally, students undertake a group design project and an individual company work experience seminar paper during the second year. In the initial academic year, students delve into core automotive designing subjects, covering product design & development, automotive interior and exterior plastic design, and rapid prototyping. In the subsequent year, students collaborate with leading Indian automotive design companies, refining their grasp of the technical intricacies of automotive product design. This practical exposure cultivates a diverse skill set encompassing project management, technical presentations, and effective teamwork within multifaceted teams. The project and seminar paper grant students the opportunity to deepen their expertise in a personally chosen area of interest.

 

Total Intake of Seats: 30

Duration: 2 Years, Full Time

ELIGIBILITY: B.E\B.Tech in Mechanical/ Automobile / Production / Manufacturing / Mechatronics Engineering, preference is given to Industry sponsored candidates and GATE qualified students.

 ADMISSION PROCESS: Prospective candidates can apply by contacting either Pioneer Design or University Admissions. An Entrance Test will be conducted, and students will be selected based on their merit. Admissions are open for the 2023 Academic Year – seize the opportunity without hesitation
